Dean S. Harrison (Managing Partner / CEO)
Dean has worked in the real estate development and finance arena for thirty years in Baltimore. Dean has completed over $800MM in development projects as a developer, co-development partner and owner. His experience includes single family ownership, multifamily, mixed use, biotechnology lab/office, retail and warehouse/industrial development. Prior to starting his own firm, Dean worked as Sr, Development Manager for a prominent regional development company overseeing large mixed-use projects in Baltimore and Washington D.C. Dean also worked in finance at Legg Mason in Baltimore. He achieved a BA degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Morgan State University.

Jerry B. Bias (Partner / Chief Strategist)

Jerry has been a personal and professional real estate investor for over 30 years. A native of West Baltimore, Bias started his career as a financial analyst in real estate investment banking for Merrill Lynch. Jerry was also a Managing Director of High Yield Trading for JP Morgan Chase. He developed a 125-acre farm property into an award-winning boutique winery (Wisdom Oak Winery). He has led projects surrounding student housing, retail multifamily, master limited partnerships and securitization through the creation of real estate investment trusts. Jerry was a 25 year veteran of Wall Street with career experience spanning from real estate investment banking, high yield / distressed trading, capital structure arbitrage and fund development. Bias was a Partner at Och Ziff Freidheim and a Co-Founder of Cyrus Capital Partners . He was Head of Global Trading for the $5B (AUM) credit and private equity fund. Bias was formerly a Board Member of the University of Virginia Investment Management Company (UVIMCO) and an appointed member of the Board of Visitors for Virginia State University. He was also a former Board of Trustees member at McDonogh School. Bias holds a B.A degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
